LPN to A.D.N. HESI Exam

Cost of Exam: $56.00

To register and pay for the LPN to A.D.N. HESI Exam, please follow these instructions:

1. Complete this registration form and submit it.

2. Once you register, we will be notified to add the $56.00 charge to your student account. This can take approximately 1-2 business days.

3. Once you see the charge on your student account, please pay the cashier or pay through Student Self-Service online.

General Policies for the LPN to A.D.N. HESI Exam:

• Students can take this exam once per academic cycle (September – March) and before the application deadline (April 1).

• Calculators are allowed on the computer.

• No cellphones nor notes are allowed.

• No drinks nor food are allowed in the lab.

• The exam can take up to 90 minutes.

• Students must have an Evolve account to take the exam. Visit https://www.hesiinet.com/ to create your Evolve Account.
