Transfer Visit Day @UK - University of Kentucky (UK) - MUST REGISTER In-Person
This is for an ACTC-sponsored Transfer Visit - WE provide the transportation with ACTC vehicles (ACTC Advisors or Faculty drive) - YOU get to relax and enjoy chatting with new friends, visiting new places, and learning about new opportunities!
Spots are limited in ACTC vehicles! SAVE YOUR SPOT TODAY! Just use the "Begin Registration" button below and additional information specific to this event will be emailed to you, including specific instructions for registering yourself on UK's Transfer Center website (we will choose specific options for the day due to our group visit).
If you plan to drive yourself and not go in ACTC campus vehicles, you can register direclty on UK's website - Build Your UK Visit (uky.edu) (multiple dates are available). UK offers multiple options to tailor your transfer visit experience to your specific needs and interests.
For the UK visit - we will leave ACTC by approximately 7:00 am and return by 5:00 pm.

Specific Details about this Transfer Visit:
Discover what’s wildly possible when you visit UK on a Transfer Visit Day! They take place at the Visitor Center, and consist of a half-hour information session and a 90-minute walking tour of our beautiful campus.
TENTATIVE AGENDA for this TRANSFER VISIT:
- 7:30 am - Leave CDC with students
- 8:00 am - Leave TDC with additional students
- 9:00 am - Owingsville McDonald's (restroom break, coffee, snack, etc. - any food purchases are self-pay/on own)
- 10:30 am - Arrive at UK (park, walk to destination, restroom break)
- 11:00 am - LUNCH provided by UK or ACTC in one of UK's many cafeterias.
- 12:30 pm - Transfer Student Information Session - 30-minute information session covering the admission process for prospective transfer students designed to cover admission, scholarship, and housing information for prospective transfer students.
- 1:00 pm - AFTER your information session, you'll take a 90-minute walking tour of campus led by a student tour guide.
- 3:00 pm - Depart UK
- 5:00 pm - Arrive at ACTC
We tour rain, snow or shine, so dress comfortably!
