Transfer Visit Day @ALC - Alice Lloyd College (ALC) - MUST REGISTER In-Person
This is for an ACTC-sponsored Transfer Visit - WE provide the transportation with ACTC vehicles (ACTC Advisors or Faculty drive) - YOU get to relax and enjoy chatting with new friends, visiting new places, and learning about new opportunities!
Spots are limited in ACTC vehicles! SAVE YOUR SPOT TODAY! Just use the "Begin Registration" button below and additional information specific to this event will be emailed to you, including specific instructions for registering yourself on EKU's Transfer Center website (we will choose specific options for the day due to our group visit).
If you plan to drive yourself and not go in ACTC campus vehicles, you can register direclty on EKU's website - Eastern Kentucky University - Campus Visit (eku.edu) (multiple dates are available). EKU offers multiple options to tailor your transfer visit experience to your specific needs and interests.
For the ALC visit - we will leave ACTC by approximately 7:00 am and return by 5:00 pm.

Specific Details about this Transfer Visit:
We are looking forward to having you as our guests! Your tour will give you a view of what it's like to be a Colonel in addition to information about the application, scholarships & financial aid, campus life and more. You will also have the chance to meet with professional transfer staff! We look forward to sharing the “Campus Beautiful” with you and your guests during your upcoming campus visit.
TENTATIVE AGENDA for this TRANSFER VISIT:
- 7:00 am - Leave CDC with students
- 7:30 am - Leave TDC with additional students
- 9:15 am - Arrive (park, walk to destination, restroom break)
- 9:30 am - Transfer Student Information Session - 30-minute information session covering the admission process for prospective transfer students designed to cover admission, scholarship, and housing information for prospective transfer students.
- 11:00 am - 1 hour walking tour of campus led by a student tour guide.
- Noon - LUNCH provided by college
- 2:00 pm - Depart
- 4:30 pm - Arrive at ACTC
We tour rain, snow or shine, so dress comfortably!
