LPN to A.D.N. HESI Exam

To register and pay for the LPN to A.D.N. HESI Exam, please follow these instructions:

Complete this registration form and submit it.

You will receive notification from ACTC that the exam fee has been added to your student account approximately a week before the exam date. It may be paid at any time after receiving the email, even up to and including the morning of the exam. You may cancel or reschedule up until 10 days before the exam. After that the exam fee will remain on your account permanently. If you cancel after the 10-day deadline, or are a no-show on test day there will be another exam fee to register again. 

General Policies for the LPN to A.D.N. HESI Exam:

• Students can take this exam twice per academic cycle (September – March) and before the application deadline (February 1).

• Calculators are available on the computer.

• No cellphones or notes are allowed during the exam, but make sure you have your login information with you.

• No drinks or food are allowed in the lab.

• The exam can take up to 2 hours.

• Students must have an Evolve account to take the exam. Visit https://www.hesiinet.com/ to create your Evolve Account.
